Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBioPhase Solutions specializes in recruiting top talented professionals for Southern California's Scientific community. We are currently looking for an Administrative Coordinator to work for a leading Greater Los Angeles area pharmaceutical company.
Pay Rate: $35-45/hour depending on experienceResponsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings using Outlook, and reserve conference rooms as requested
  • Coordinate travel and logistics for the Director, as well as the direct reports
  • Prepare materials and presentations for meetings and set up conference/meeting rooms
  • Answer phone calls and assist in managing emails
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Provide general administrative support including providing copies, organizing files and updating shared files on the Company’s network server
  • Assist with planning Company and department events
  • Provide support for other duties as may be assigned
Requirements:
  • 7+ years’ experience in an office or administrative role with 2+ years in the life sciences industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel), Zoom, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Exceptional attention-to-detail with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong skills with organizing and prioritizing competing time demands
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to effectively communicate and partner with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
