**Education and/or Experience Required**:

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Associate Degree required.At least three years of experience in parish ministry and administrative positions preferred, or related experience.
- Accounting and Business Management experience.

**Primary Responsibilities**

**Facilities**
- Oversee the care, use, and security of the facilities.
- Maintain calendar of events and coordinate parish
- Schedule work projects

**Financial**
- Manage, process, reconcile, and record bills, deposits, purchase orders.
- Maintain the bank account, maintain internal controls, and submit the annual budget.
- Manage contributions, parishioner accounts, parish census program.

**Office Management**
- Oversee the daily operations, equipment, supplies, maintenance, and repairs.
- File required reports/maintaining appropriate records relative to special licenses.
- Manage maintenance, administrative, rectory staff, and security.
- Handle insurance for events, individual riders, inspections, and yearly appraisals.

**Personnel (HR)**
- Oversee HR functions and programs, including recruitment and selection, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, employee relations.
- Manage and maintain personnel records, vacation time, and payroll processing.
- Serve as the liaison for benefits.
- Administer Virtus (Protecting God’s Children) program with staff and volunteers; manage background checks and paperwork.
- Ensure compliance in all employment activities.

**Program Management**
- Schedule activities and order all supplies.
- Maintain Samaritan Fund and liaison with volunteers at the Cathedral clothing center.
- Coordinate and provide assistance to those seeking aid from various agencies.

Pay: $42,309.00 - $50,952.77 per year

Work Location: In person
