- Ensure company policies and procedures comply with state regulations
- Conduct internal compliance audits
- Manage conversions and plant movements within the inventory system
- Verify and record finished product quantities on conversion sheets
- Maintain up-to-date records and file them digitally
- Track and maintain an accurate on-hand inventory
- Coordinate delivery scheduling with Sales team members
- Create wholesale order delivery documents in compliance with AZDHS rules
- Perform monthly cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate with production members to fulfill wholesale orders Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age and meet the requirements for obtaining a Facility Agent card in the state of Arizona.
- Minimum three years of experience in cannabis compliance or other regulated industry.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong communication, professional demeanor, and conflict resolution experience.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret complex State regulations and legal writing.
- Positive team-based attitude with an ability to self-motivate.
- Strong judgment skills and commitment to continuous improvement. Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits:
