Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating patients about medical cannabis and assisting them in making informed product choices while delivering exceptional customer service. This role may also involve cross-training in various departments, including administration and packaging, to support our operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Tasks:
    • Verify patient status and manage allotment records within the state health system.
    • Provide comprehensive education regarding medical cannabis and its applications.
    • Assist patients in selecting appropriate products efficiently.
    • Process orders and payments using point-of-sale software.
    • Manage cash till operations and ensure accurate daily deposits.
    • Support management with various operational tasks as needed.
    • Maintain a clean and professional atmosphere for both patients and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 1 year in customer service.
    • Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.
    • Proficiency in computer skills is advantageous.
  • Requirements:
    • Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
    • Consent to a criminal background check as mandated by state regulations.
    • Possession of a valid driver's license.
