**Position Overview**:
Are you a friendly, detail-oriented individual with a passion for helping others? We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Blossom & Ivory in New York City. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Provide knowledgeable and personalized assistance to customers, helping them find the perfect products to meet their needs.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency, striving to resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the store is visually appealing at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and support store operations.
- Stay informed about our products and promotions, providing customers with up-to-date information.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail environment, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling transactions.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the business.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
