Customer Services Representative | Weekly pay

Location: New York, On-site

Our client's company is experiencing growth and therefore, they are seeking a Customer Service Representative for their New York-based team. The ideal candidate should have a pleasing personality, be capable of providing excellent customer service, and be comfortable in customer interaction.

While previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, our client is primarily focused on hiring individuals with the right attitude, passion, and personality. This role is highly customer-centric, so the candidate should be confident and able to interact with customers face-to-face. We are looking for individuals who are willing to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional service and are determined to be the best.

Customer Services Representative Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face and voice of our client's customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage customers and promote the company's products and services. You will be an effective brand ambassador, learning and maintaining robust product knowledge to deliver presentations and represent clients in a confident, charismatic, and professional manner.

We are looking for proactive, self-motivated, team-oriented individuals who can lead the way, set the pace, and make a significant impact on our client's customer acquisition and base growth.

Required skills and qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
  • Ability to solve problems, alleviate conflicts, and escalate tactfully
  • Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize
  • Ability to work individually and as a team member
