**Sales Operations Administrator**:
The Sales Operations Administrator will be attentive to detail, pursue curiosity and explore the why behind requests or reported issues, and desire to solve problems alone before asking for help once competency in the role is achieved. **Responsibilities**:

- Real-time troubleshooting of reported salesforce errors
- Addresses cancellation requests from Sales Managers by the end of the workday each day
- Reassigns TSAs that were left in a queue by the end of every Friday
- Finds and reports rules of engagement violations
- Assigns skills and permission sets post-training
- Transfers sales representatives between paid digital and partner
- Joins daily standups to bring up recurring technical issues and stay informed on deployments
- Duplicate dashboards or reports for new managers
- Create reports and dashboards in Salesforce as needed
- Fulfills simple or standard reporting requests
- Onboarding and Offboarding for Salesforce
- Conduct testing of upcoming deployments as needed

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy in data entry, record maintenance, and report generation.
- Curiosity and Problem-Solving: Strong curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to investigate and resolve issues independently. Demonstrated capacity to explore the underlying reasons behind requests or reported issues.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce is required. Ability to quickly learn new processes and software tools as needed.
- Communication: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. Capacity to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Willingness to participate in daily standups and engage with cross-functional teams as needed.
- Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to evolving processes and requirements. Willingness to embrace change and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

**Experience**:Prior experience in sales operations, administrative support, or customer service roles is advantageous.
