**Cost Analyst**
- We are seeking a motivated individual to provide programmatic support to one of our NAVSEA customers. We have an opening for and immediately hiring a Structural Engineer.

- Parametric cost estimating

- Cost risk analysis
- Cost-benefit analysis
- Performance measurement (earned value)
- Project forecasting and risk assessment
- **Location**:

- Washington D.C. metro area
- 2-3 days at either Pantheon corporate spaces or at the customer site.
- **Skills Required**:We are seeking highly motivated individuals with excellent quantitative and analytical skills with considerable growth potential.
- CCEA or PCEA certification from ICEAA
- 7 or more equivalent years of experience in analysis and technical management are required
- Must have experience developing a Life Cycle Cost estimate
- Experience with generating milestone documentation is a plus
- Good communication skills and familiarity with Department of Defense acquisition policies are required
- DoD Secret security clearance required

Pay: $82,911.02 - $99,849.82 per year
