Saxton & Stump is seeking a motivated administrative professional to join the firm’s growing Concierge team. This individual will support several key firm administrative functions including the engagement letter process, a variety of business development projects, and other administrative projects.

**Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities**

**25% of the role (approx.)**

**50% of the role (approx.)**
- Assist with the coordination and execution of the firm’s involvement with industry organizations, events, sponsorships, and speaking engagements (including travel, expo booth setup/tear down).
- Assist with firm directory updates for various industry organizations.
- Maintain attorney bar association memberships and CLE registrations.
- Scheduling and coordination of various internal and external meetings and events.
- Assist with business development needs for the firm new hire onboarding process.
- Provide general support for the business development team, including special projects.

**25% of the role (approx.)**
- Other projects as assigned that support the firm’s administrative needs.
- The role will also serve as a ‘floater’ and will be cross trained to cover desks during lunch breaks and/or vacations.

**Skills/Experience**
- Must be a team player and willing to work in a fast-paced environment in which client needs are constantly changing.
- Must be well-organized and detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills and maintain a positive attitude.
- Demonstrate the ability to think tactically, anticipate needs, and find solutions to overcome obstacles independently.
- Strong time management skills, able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Successfully work with management to prioritize and adapt to changing workload demands.

**Requirements**:

- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years’ experience is preferred in a professional services environment
