Overview:


The Client Experience (CX) Ambassador II plays a vital role within the CSG operations team, focusing on proactively identifying and addressing the needs of our clients, external customers, and internal program partners to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience.

The CX Ambassador is dedicated to supporting our customers, clients, and colleagues, assisting them with their needs while fostering a positive interaction.

This role involves problem-solving and guiding customers through their journey, ensuring they receive the assistance they require.

The CX Ambassador collaborates within small, interdisciplinary teams that prioritize action, adaptability, and flexibility, embracing diverse perspectives and ideas.

The Client Experience Ambassador II reports directly to the Director of Client Experience or their designee.


Position Details:

This is a Full-Time position (40 hours per week) with office hours from Monday to Friday, ranging from 7:15 AM to 8:00 PM. Specific schedules will be discussed during the interview process.


Compensation:

The hourly wage starts at $17.00, with potential for negotiation based on relevant experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Safeguard clients' rights by ensuring confidentiality of personal and financial information.
  • Facilitate new referrals into services, including data entry into the Electronic Health Record and completion of necessary documentation.
  • Oversee the client experience from initial contact through service delivery to ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage client authorizations to prevent service disruptions and claim denials.
  • Prepare proactively for upcoming client appointments to guarantee an excellent experience.
  • Collaborate with internal programs to provide a cohesive and consistent client experience.
  • Work within small, collaborative teams that value diverse thinking and ideas.
  • Identify and resolve claim payment issues through effective communication with clients, payers, and program partners.
  • Adjust schedules as needed to support program requirements.
  • Exhibit sound judgment and anticipate potential challenges, addressing them proactively.
  • Focus on completing tasks accurately to minimize the need for corrections.
  • Engage in meaningful work with a commitment to action within a flexible and adaptable team.
  • Utilize the Electronic Health Record to maintain accurate and accessible information for all clinical, fiscal, and administrative functions.

  • High levels of client satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Increased attendance rates among clients and employees.
  • Efficient operations that maintain high satisfaction without incurring unnecessary costs.
  • Reduction in licensing citations due to missing documentation.
  • Improved payment rates and decreased re-billings.

Qualifications:

This position requires one of the following combinations of education and experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree; OR
  • 4 years of experience in a healthcare or hospital environment; OR
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Requirements:
  • Able to multitask and manage various responsibilities throughout the day.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Ability to travel for training and meetings, which may include occasional overnight stays.
