**As our SVP, Group Client Service Leader you will**

Oversee and lead account management processes on your respective accounts within our CPG practice. You'll act as a senior solution-oriented leader who thrives on developing lasting relationships between the client and agency teams. Utilizing deep industry knowledge and experience, you will inspire team members to make our strategy, creative, media, and technology solutions innovative, smart, and compelling. This position involves consistent client contact and operates at a high level in all aspects of account management.

**Be Accountable and Responsible**

**Business**
- Bringing a range of established CPG client relationships, partnering effectively with account, channel, creative, and strategy leaders to deliver game-changing solutions that grow the portfolio.
- Responsible for portfolio business performance, ensuring a growth-oriented mentality, and finding creative solutions to business challenges above and beyond planned annual projects.

**Strategy**
- With a deep marketing mindset, understand the client business holistically, and where they are on the digital maturity scale, to provide strategic considerations/solutions as required.
- Serve as strategic advisor to lead CPG portfolio, creating and implementing strategic and tactical plans that help clients drive business performance while achieving their objectives.
- Lead annual brand planning, then oversee both the development and execution of strategic roadmaps that position the team as thought leaders and indispensable business partners.

**Relationships**
- Build a highly trusted, inspiring, and motivating environment that leads to a high level of collaboration with the output of wow work that delights clients.
- Responsible for establishing and nurturing client relationships through continued relevant solutions that shape the brand in alignment with corporate values and industry standards.

**These are the qualifications we're looking for**
- 15+ years of experience in marketing services for CPG brands with 10+ year experience within a leadership role
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing (MBA a plus) or equivalent work experience
- Proven track record of delivering business results while pursuing organic growth within the brands under your leadership
- Experience thinking holistically across a brand portfolio, providing strategic brand expertise and partnership across several brand stakeholders
- Complete understanding of the in-store on-shelf marketing dynamics
- Ability to establish strong relationships with clients, including C level, delivering strategically sound recommendations and thought leadership in support of their business
- Natural problem solver who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
