**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive training curriculum for medical coding courses, covering ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS Level II, and other relevant code sets.

Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to individuals and groups, both in-person and through online platforms.

Customize training content to meet the specific needs and skill levels of participants (beginners, intermediate, advanced).

Provide hands-on coding practice and real-world case studies to reinforce learning objectives.

Stay updated with changes and updates in coding guidelines, regulations, and industry trends.

Assist participants in preparing for professional certification exams (e.g., CPC, CCS, RHIT) through targeted exam preparation sessions.

Mentor and support participants in developing coding skills and problem-solving abilities.

Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance training materials and resources.

Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms, and make continuous improvements to the training program.

Qualifications and Skills:
Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), or similar coding certification required.

Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in medical coding in a healthcare setting.

Proven experience in training, teaching, or mentoring others in medical coding.

Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS Level II coding systems.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

Proficiency in using coding software and electronic health record systems.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
