IN OFFICE POSITION We are in need of a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent to join our growing team. We are looking for team members with enthusiasm, a desire for achievement, and a willingness to do what it takes to succeed. As an Inside Sales Agent, you will prospect for and acquire new clients daily from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team.

**Compensation**:
$65,000 - $110,000 at plan yearly

**Responsibilities**:

- Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline
- Conduct lead follow-up & nature leads until appointments are set
- Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads

**Qualifications**:

- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads
