**Responsibilities and duties**

Our Flight Checkers work in a cold environment auditing and counting food items for our airline customers according their standards. This high paced facility produces up to 5,000 - 10,000 food items per day meeting the highest quality product following Safe Food Handling practices.
- Check and audit airline food trolleys to ensure that each flight is produced exactly based on counts and specifications
- Must have excellent oral and written english communication skills
- Detail orientated and able to work well under pressure while maintaining composure
- Adheres to HACCP standards and all other food safety guidelines
- Works in a fast paced environment ensuring all product meets required ready times

**The Ideal Flight Checker must be able to**:

- Work assigned schedule which may include nights, weekends and holidays
- Work overtime when required
- Pass a criminal background and drug test
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment as required
- Work in a cold environment of 38-40 degrees

Pay: From $20.72 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
