**Hotel Sales Manager**

Elk Grove Village, IL, US

We are a 253 room Sheraton all suites property. Our Sales Department Managers are always focused on exceeding assigned sales goals and maintaining a leadership role in the comp set hotels in terms of occupancy, ADR and REVPAR Indexes.

**Responsibilities**
- Solicit new clients and manage existing base.
- Creative use of all available tools such as cold calls, internet leads, brand leads etc.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Maintain excellent rapport with Sales Teams of Marriott Corporate to fully utilize the property potential
- Build excellent communication and teamwork within the Sales department of the hotel and our other sister hotels to take advantage of lead sharing.

**Qualifications**
- Working experience of a minimum 3 years as the Sales Manager of a similar hotel with a good brand.
- Must hold at a minimum a high school diploma or an equivalent level.
- Prior experience of working at a Marriott or Starwood property is preferable.
- Knowledge, resources, networking and experience in the same market is a huge plus.
