SPA is seeking a Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) Subject Matter Expert.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and mentor cross-organizational teams of analysts and modelers, developing and navigating complex studies that leverage multiple tools and datasets from many sources across all classification levels.
- Ensure that the findings of these studies are translated into meaningful, actionable insights for senior DoD leadership, and lead the effective communication of those insights.
- Advise the government on developing, adapting, managing, and executing cross-organizational studies.
- Conduct business development, seeking areas where SPA can potentially provide high value impact to the government in NC3 and related areas.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- MS in a STEM, ORSA, or related fiel
- 15+ years of experience in NC3 and related areas
- 10+ years of experience leading small to medium sized teams/organizations
- 20+ years of experience supporting or working within the Department of Defense
- Active TS/SCI clearance, and the ability to maintain this throughout employment
