Position Overview: Swish Data is seeking a talented Riverbed Aternity Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our Professional Services team. As the subject matter expert you will design, implement, manage, configure, and optimize Riverbed Aternity and other Customer Experience solutions for a major DoD command. Your expertise will ensure that our client achieves maximum value from their investments in Riverbed Aternity, enabling them to monitor and optimize their IT performance and user experience effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements related to Riverbed Aternity.
  • Design, implement, manage, configure, and optimize Riverbed Aternity solutions according to client specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the deployment lifecycle.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for clients and internal teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Riverbed Aternity implementations.
  • Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and best practices of Riverbed Aternity.
  • Work closely with project managers, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Suggest improvements to increase application/or endpoint performance while using the Riverbed Aternity solution.
  • Create custom activities in the Aternity Activity Designer or Aternity Web Activity Creator (WAC).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Riverbed Aternity SME or similar role, with a strong understanding of Aternity architecture, deployment, and administration.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Riverbed on premises Aternity solutions in Federal enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Aternity deployments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Riverbed Certified Professional (RCP), Aternity Certified Professional) preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Requires DoD Secret Clearance
