**Experience**:

- Current Life & Health License and or willing to obtain a license in 60 days.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in insurance sales
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance policies in simple terms
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus
- Familiarity with individual and group insurance sales practices

This is a great opportunity for an existing independent Insurance Broker with a small book of business looking to partner up for success rather than go it alone. Our goal is to build upon your abilities by supporting you with marketing/promotions support, client management support, technology solutions for you and clients at no cost and new products and services not currently being made available to you and your clients.

Though most Independent Insurance Brokers make 100% commissions, we will support the right independent Broker who wants to be part of a winning Brokerage. Historically, all of our Brokers have grown to lucrative six figure incomes with 2 to 3 years top.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $75,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
