The highly trained staff at EnviroVantage is looking to add to our team as we continue to grow.

EnviroVantage is growing and looking for **Project Managers**.

**Essential Functions**:

- Take ownership of a project upon award and see through to completion
- Establish project objectives, milestones, budgets, and project schedules
- Procure supplies and materials to complete a project buy-out
- Oversee and provide guidance to Foremen/Superintendents to plan, organize and direct activities related to schedule, labor, equipment, materials and disposal on their jobs
- Monitor production and project costs to ensure each job is completed on schedule
- Review and sign off on daily manpower and progress reports for their jobs
- Continually update a 3-week look ahead for all projects
- Interact with the customer on a regular basis and be the lead on negotiation for any scope discrepancy or issues on the jobsite
- Proactively develop relationships with subcontractors
- Oversee all change order requests and submit in conjunction w/ estimating and finance
- Responsible to ensure project close out package is completed, and job can be billed in full

**Experience**:

- At least 5 years working as a Project Manager in the construction and/or environmental remediation fields
- Experience managing federal government contracts preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Must be able to pass a federal government background screen

**Certifications**:

- OSHA 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) training
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Training
