Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Coordinate onsite work and scheduling to meet project budgets and deadlines.
- Safety Management: Conduct daily safety meetings, inspections, and mishap investigations, and maintain OSHA logs to ensure a safe working environment.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and direct field crews and subcontractors to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Project Implementation: Ensure the implementation of project-specific work plans and manage crew labor and equipment time to maximize productivity and meet budgets.
- Client Interface: Communicate with clients in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction and project success.
- Supply Chain Management: Oversee the delivery and off-loading of supplies and materials.
- Reporting: Complete daily field reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of related field experience, including experience with DOD projects and OSHA 10 and HAZWOPER 40 certification.
- Skills: Strong working knowledge of heavy civil projects, mapping out multi-phased excavations, and managing budgets and schedules.
- Physical Demands: Ability to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, walking, carrying, and using a force equal to lifting 50 to 100 pounds.
