Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Membership Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving membership growth and maximizing revenue through strategic initiatives and member engagement for the SIG Experience Center. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in membership sales, business development, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of membership programs.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Member Sales & Growth:

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain members.
  • Identify and target potential members through various channels, including digital marketing, events, and partnerships.
  • Analyze membership trends and data to identify opportunities for revenue growth
  • Develop and manage membership strategies and promotional offers

Member Engagement and Retention:

  • Foster strong relationships with members to enhance engagement and loyalty.
  • Plan and execute member events and activities to add value and encourage retention.
  • Collect and analyze member feedback to improve the membership experience.

Marketing and Communication:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling membership marketing materials and campaigns through social media, email marketing, and other communication channels.
  • Maintain and update membership content as required.
  • Represent the SIG Experience Center to existing and new members and in the community, including speaking publicly for the organization and supporting events when needed.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze membership data to track performance and identify trends.
  • Prepare regular reports on membership growth, revenue, and engagement metrics.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing, customer service, and the SIG Experience Center, to ensure a seamless membership experience.
  • Provide training and support to staff on membership-related processes and best practices.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall goals of the organization.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field or a minimum of 4 years of relatable experience
  • 2+ years of proven experience in sales, membership management or a similar revenue generating tole.
  • Strong understanding of membership programs and strategies for growth and retention
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negations skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for providing exceptional member experiences and driving revenue growth
