EnviroVantage is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Superintendent to join our team. As a leading New England Environmental Specialty & Demolition Contractor, we are committed to delivering exceptional results on diverse environmental construction projects.

• Coordinate and manage staff and subcontractors on-site to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
• Conduct daily safety meetings, inspections, and investigations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Supervise and direct field crews and subcontractors to achieve maximum productivity and meet budgets.
• Implement project-specific work plans and manage labor and equipment time to meet project goals.
• Interface with clients in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a related field, with experience working with DOD, including USACE, NAVFAC, USAF, or USCG.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings, with OSHA 10 and HAZWOPER 40 certification required.
• Strong working knowledge and experience with Heavy Civil projects, including multi-phased excavations, backfill/compaction, and groundwater collection.
• Ability to manage and direct multiple crews with multiple pieces of heavy equipment.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules, with a valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Must be able to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, walking, carrying, and using a force equal to lifting 50 to 100 pounds. Qualified candidates must be able to pass a physical examination by a medical professional and a background check.
