We seek a dynamic and organized Personal and Professional Assistant to support our Director. This role is a unique blend of personal and professional tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of PPM Solar.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Professional Support**:

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with project management and administrative tasks.
- Conduct research and prepare reports as needed.
- **Personal Support**:

- Manage personal scheduling and errands.
- Drive children to and from school, extracurricular activities, and sports events.
- Organize and maintain the family’s schedule.
- Assist with shopping and light cleaning.
- Help organize family activities and manage household tasks.
- Provide support for personal goals

**Qualifications**:

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard software.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Interest or experience in sustainability, solar energy, and wellness practices is a plus.
