Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced office and operations manager to drive our company's health equity and community outreach efforts in each of the listed cities.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Assist with day-to-day operations of business-critical workflows related to our health equity/community outreach efforts.
- Ensure local citywide goals, processes, are aligned with efforts for activities.
- Recruit local talent for various activities.
- Utilize partnerships with local official and non-official community-based organizations (CBO's).
- Identify and explore new venues and locations for activities.
- Contribute to strategic projects by leading all planning and execution of discussions, activities, and events. This includes logistics, staffing and direction.
- Work with Strategy Manager to identify potential leads and opportunities for community engagement.

Qualifications:

- Education Level: BA/BS or related experience encouraged but not required
- Experience: 3+ years in operational management or related field encouraged but not required
- Specific Skills: Communication, financial literacy, conflict management, time management, organization, task prioritization, event planning and operations
- Personal Characteristics: Initiative, grit/passion, ownership, honesty and integrity, impact orientation
