Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth functioning. This is a vital role that requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise office staff
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Prepare and submit payroll to ADP
- Monitor and manage office budgets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Care Cloud for scheduling and Modernized Medicine
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and practices
- Experience in medical office management

Pay: $61,939.00 - $68,243.00 per year
