**Sign Sales Account Manager**

- Sign sales
- Lead development and closing

ESSENTIAL PERSONAL SKILLS
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Ability to work efficiently independently
- Self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Sales experience in sign, construction or graphic-related fields ideal
- Experience with multiple substrates including wood, plastic, vinyl, and metal a plus
- Experience with all sign types: pylons, monuments, channel letters, FCOs, interior signage, etc.
- Understanding of basic construction/fabrication
- Understanding of scaled drawings - drafting experience a plus.
- Familiarity with PMS charts and color matching.

We are offering a salary commensurate with experience plus commission along with a sign-on bonus commensurate with sign experience and existing customer base.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

- High school or equivalent (required)

- B2B sales: 3 years (preferred)
