**Descripción General**:
Estamos en la búsqueda de un Representante de Ventas y Soporte de Tienda para unirse a nuestro equipo en International Luminar Group.

**Responsabilidades y Funciones**:
**1. Prospectar Nuevos Clientes**:

- Identificar y abordar proactivamente nuevos clientes y oportunidades de negocio en el mercado.
- Desarrollar estrategias efectivas para aumentar la base de clientes y las ventas.

**2. Visitas a Empresas y Profesionales**:

- Realizar visitas regulares a empresas, arquitectos, diseñadores de interiores y otros profesionales relacionados.
- Presentar los productos de nuestra empresa de manera persuasiva y adaptada a las necesidades del cliente.

**3. Negociación y Cierre de Ventas**:

- Lograr metas de ventas establecidas, demostrando habilidades efectivas de ventas y persuasión.
- Identificar oportunidades de venta adicional y promociones para mejorar los resultados.
- Dar seguimiento a las cotizaciones de clientes enviadas, asegurando una comunicación proactiva y eficiente para cerrar ventas.
- Realizar un seguimiento efectivo con los clientes después de la venta para garantizar la satisfacción y fomentar relaciones a largo plazo.

**4. Conocimiento del Producto**:

- Mantener un conocimiento actualizado de los productos y tendencias de iluminación para proporcionar información precisa y relevante a los clientes.

**5.** **Mantenimiento del Espacio de Ventas**:

- Colaborar en la presentación visual de la tienda, asegurando que los productos estén debidamente etiquetados y exhibidos de manera atractiva.
- Realizar verificación de las muestras de productos al recibirlas del almacén para luego sugerir su exhibición, asegurando la presentación adecuada y actualizada de los productos.

**6. Proactividad y Colaboración**:

- Colaborar con el equipo para mantener un ambiente de trabajo positivo y contribuir al logro de objetivos colectivos.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência comprobada en ventas, preferiblemente en el sector de iluminación o productos relacionados.
- Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y negociación.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y gestionar eficazmente un territorio de ventas.
- Orientación a resultados y capacidad para alcanzar y superar objetivos de ventas.
- Licencia de Conducir
- Vehiculo

**Horario**:

- Lunes a Viernes de 10 am a 6 pm, Sábados de 10 am a 4 pm. Debe estar presente en la tienda cuando no tenga compromisos externos.

**Responsibilities and Functions**:
**1. Prospecting New Clients**:

- Proactively identify and approach new clients and business opportunities in the market.
- Develop effective strategies to increase the customer base and sales.

**2. Visits to Companies and Professionals**:

- Conduct regular visits to companies, architects, interior designers, and other related professionals.
- Present our company's products persuasively, tailored to the client's needs.

**3. Negotiation and Sales Closure**:

- Achieve established sales goals, demonstrating effective sales and persuasion skills.
- Identify additional sales opportunities and promotions to enhance results.
- Follow up on sent customer quotations, ensuring proactive and efficient communication to close sales.
- Effectively follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

**4. Product Knowledge**:

- Keep updated knowledge of lighting products and trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

**5. Visual Merchandising**:

- Collaborate in the visual presentation of the store, ensuring products are properly labeled and displayed attractively.
- Verify product samples upon receiving them from the warehouse and suggest their display, ensuring proper and updated presentation of products.

**6. Proactivity and Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive work environment and contribute to collective goal achievement.
