Offices in Europe and the Americas, since 2010. We are presently in the USA with an office in Miami, FL. We deliver our products and services to residential, commercial, and hospitality projects throughout the USA. Focus areas are greater Miami and New York. 


We’re seeking for our Miami office a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The candidate will work out of our showroom. And visit existing and new clients approximately 2 days per week.

 

Sales Representative Duties & Responsibilities:

·        Present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers

·        Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales

·        Identify, investigate, and resolve customer concerns and complaints to maximize satisfaction

·        Achieve sales targets and goals within schedule

·        Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

·        Analyse market potential, trends, and best practices

·        Create reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potentially new products or services

·        Negotiate contract conditions

·        Prepare and give sales presentations

·        Contribute sales efforts in marketing programs

·        Answer questions regarding credit terms, product specifications, prices, and availability

·        Schedule meetings and presentations with customers. Develop and implement action plans by conducting data analysis

·        Maintain professional and trustworthy relationships with customers


Sales Representative Requirements:

·        Previous working experience in sales (preference architectural products)

·        Ability to learn quickly and understand our products

·        Knowledge of sales processes and dynamics

·        Outstanding communication, negotiating, and presentation skills (fluent in English and basic in Spanish

·        Commitment to results and excellent customer service

·        Self-motivation and enthusiasm

·        Knowledge of MS Office and sales management software

·        Ability to build and maintain productive and trustworthy business relationships

·        Analytical mind, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask

·        Dress presentable to receive clients and business partners

·        Driver’s license required.


Pay and Benefits:

·        Salary $50k-$65K depending on experience.

·        2% Commission on sales

·        Contribution health care $350 monthly

·        Ater 6 months: 3 Sick days, 5 vacation days and 6 national holidays.

·        Miles Reimbursement for clients visits $0.67 per mile.
