**Summary**:Assembles electronic components, subassemblies, products, or systems by performing the following duties.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities **include the following.
Perform specialized functions in the assembly of electrical or electro-mechanical parts, assembly groups and arrangements to build primary truck products or paint equipment components.
Work with electrical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches or written/verbal directions.
Assemble component parts, utilizing appropriate hand tools.
Perform striping truck set up functions and initial calibration.
Inspect and test completed component assemblies and diagnose malfunctions and make necessary adjustments.
**Competency**:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
Safety and Security - Observes safety policies, procedures and guidelines; uses equipment and materials properly; notifies supervisor immediately of injuries and/or illnesses or near misses; reports potentially unsafe conditions; wears required Personal Protective Equipment such as safety glasses and steel-toed shoes; cooperates with physician Return-to-Work instructions; attends required safety meetings or training.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
