**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and qualify potential leads in the Medical Aesthetic industry.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand and prioritize target accounts and prospects.
- Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new sales opportunities.
- Gather and maintain accurate lead and prospect information in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
- Initiate and engage in conversations with potential clients, assessing their needs and interest in our products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless flow of information and prospects.
- Assist in planning and executing workshops, product demos, and presentations to drive lead engagement.
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales team to improve lead nurturing and conversion.
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and outcomes within the set schedule.
**Requirements**:
- 4+ years in aesthetic medicine, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries.
- Educational background in science, biology, or medical-related fields.
- Proven work experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of meeting and exceeding goals.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM practices and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Pay: $161,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
