Full Disclosure:
This position operates on a Performance-Based Pay model utilizing a "Profit Sharing" Salary Deferral Agreement, which is a legally binding contract between an employee and their employer.

So what Is the Pay & When Will I Get Paid?

At Otisco, we believe in incentivizing hard work. Therefore, the Annual Salary is negotiable based on experience and hours worked, with a linear growth rate determined by the success of the game and the number of copies sold across all platforms.

Payment occurs upon the game's release, with a deadline set one year from the first day of pre-production. It's crucial to understand that meeting this annual deadline is paramount for maximizing efficiency and effectiveness in managing the company's financial constraints. Please note that if the game fails to release, payment will not be received.

(If you have no experience/qualifications in making games feel free to reach out for a part-time, non-paid internship)
