We are looking for a results-driven, motivated, and energetic Basketball Game Footage Analyst Intern who is looking for an opportunity to grow and learn. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door in the sports industry while also contributing to Hoop Brothers’ next phase of expansion.


We believe this role offers more leadership opportunities than any other internship you’ll find. This position is ideal for individuals with a deep love for film, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.

 

The Basketball Game Footage Analyst Intern, will help to evaluate players in game footage and document top plays that will be used to produce social media content, highlight videos, and player evaluations. These tasks will include:

 

  • Organizing basketball game footage for editors
  • Going through player game tapes
  • Documenting the timestamps of highlights
  • Documenting Top Plays

 

Our Basketball Game Footage Analyst Intern will be well organized, understand the game of basketball and what constitutes a highlight, and have excellent time management. Knowledge and love of the game of Basketball are a must We expect our Basketball Game Footage Analyst Intern to be motivated and self-sufficient and go above and beyond in ensuring a player’s highlight video is exceptional and represents both Hoop Brothers and the player in the best possible light. This person will embrace collaboration and will be working closely with the leadership team and other interns.

  • Proficiency with MS Office and Google Drive/Docs/Sheets

Unpaid Internship Calendar: Dates to be discussed. College credit available. Adjusted start and end dates are available for special cases. 15 hours per week (flexible scheduling). The internship is ran on a project by project base with specific projects assigned, deadlines to finalize but flexibility on when you contribute to these projects as long as deadlines are met. Perfect schedule flexibility for students or anyone juggling multiple responsibilities outside of this internship.
