About the Role

Falcon's Creative Group is seeking a skilled Game Developer to join our team. As a Game Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing interactive and engaging digital experiences that enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and design game ideas that align with the theme of the entertainment venue.
  • Translate conceptual ideas into detailed design documents, outlining gameplay mechanics, interactive elements, and user experiences.
  • Develop player and guest objectives and game mechanics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including artists, animators, and sound designers, to ensure a cohesive and immersive experience.
  • Conduct thorough testing of developed games to identify and address bugs or issues.
Requirements
  • Possess a degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field, or comparable experience in a professional setting.
  • 3+ years of professional game development experience, with at least 2 years focused on Unreal Engine 5.
  • Proven track record of developing and shipping high-quality games and/or mixed reality projects.
  • Deep understanding of, and proficiency in Blueprints and C++.
  • Strong understanding of interactive design principles and user experience.
