- Complete payroll using Paycom system (bi-weekly)
- HR administration support (Hiring, Termination, Workers Comp., etc.)
- Purchasing of materials for the manufacturing plant and office supplies
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivables
- Monthly credit card reconciliation
- Insurance and 401k enrollment/unenrollment
- Process daily & weekly transactions
- Assist in IFTA/DOT/Trucking paperwork
- Support Accounting Department with yearend audit
- Back up to order entry
- Various office tasks such as filing, purging, etc.
- Additional duties as requested by Management Staff

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or certificate in accounting or related field required.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar roll
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
- Knowledge of the following software programs preferred: ERP System Shoptech (E2), Paycom, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Must be organized, have strong attention to detail, and communication skills.
