Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Schedule patient appointments, remind upcoming appointments
- Support the team with data entry, record maintenance, and filing
- Process EOB'S, ERA, Post payments
- Have some billing experience
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner, maintain HIPAA privacy
- Assist in resolving administrative problems and inquiries
- Assist in hearing aid checks

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
- Experience in a medical office or medical receptionist role is advantageous

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Customer service experience, courteous and patient-centered
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Use of CounselEar
- Familiarity with phone systems
