Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable experience for our clients. Must be able to work 15-20 hours a week, including Saturdays 9-3pm. **Must complete assessments test and phone interview to be considered.**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations promptly
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Register guests collecting necessary information (like the contact information and exact details of their services)
- Welcome guests upon their arrival
- Provide information about our clinic, therapists' expertise, rates, and amenities
- Respond to clients’ dissatisfaction in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with our therapists to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully equipped to accommodate clients' needs
- Upsell packages, memberships, gift certificates, and additional services
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
- Support management in reaching goals and all other duties as assigned.

- Experience with spa or salon software, like Millenium or Meevo a plus
