**Area Sales Representative**

An Area Sales Representative is an outside sales representative who is responsible for being the face of Primo Water with small to mid-size businesses. The Area Sales Representative will be responsible for sales on a business to business basis.

Primo Water is one of North America's largest bottled water companies. We deliver pure, great-tasting water to homes, businesses and retail locations across the U.S.

**What's in it for you?**
- Most people earn **$65000 - $75000 / **Year in the position
- Salary is comprised of $50,000 annual salary and commission
- This is a full-time position that pays you a BASE SALARY of **$50,000.00** annually PLUS **uncapped commission**:

- $800 guaranteed bi-weekly commission paid while training.
- You will be selling well-known Primo Water and service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet all position performance and productivity objectives.
- Prospect and acquire high quality commercial water and coffee customers through cold calling and outbound calls.
- Match client needs to company products and services.
- Convey sales presentations and proposals to prospective customers.
- Identify and overcome customer objections.
- Ensure pricing and customer commitments are within established Company guidelines.
- Maintain documentation and logs as required by manager.
- Safely load and unload equipment and products.
- Travel to customer locations.
- Set up equipment and deliver initial order at customer locations.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience preferred.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to cold call on perspective customers.
- Ability to negotiate successfully with potential commercial customers.
- Ability to work with management to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to work across a territory.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Physically able to lift equipment and bottles weighing occasionally over 43 pounds.
- Able to meet Company Driver Qualification Policy requirements.
