The facilities Coordinator will assist with maintaining proper operations of our facilities and building systems. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of building problems. This position reports to the Maintenance Reliability Manager

**_ Specific Responsibilities:_**
- Ensuring that all facilities are properly maintained and operated and ensuring the safety and comfort of employees and vendors.
- Ensuring safety standards are followed throughout the facility, including testing building security systems, and working with Operations Management in creating action plans for emergencies.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulations and codes related to building safety and maintenance.
- Managing and overseeing all building staff and vendors such as but not limited to custodial, landscaping, and security services.
- Scheduling and coordinating all building and maintenance projects.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures for facility use and management.
- Coordinating event setup and logistics as needed
- Maintaining accurate records of all inventory, equipment, and assets utilizing the CMMS

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree
- 5 years of facilities maintenance experience
- Experience with facilities maintenance practices and procedures.
- Familiar with environmental, health and safety regulations
- Basic Computer skills, experience with Microsoft Suite and CMMS
- Experience with SAP a plus.
