**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive customer service strategy aligned with the company's mission and values.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the customer service team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the customer service operations.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of customer service policies, procedures, and standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring resolution in a timely manner.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in customer service management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful customer service strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Passion for health and wellness, with a belief in the body's natural ability to heal.
- Experience working in a mission-driven and faith-based organization is a plus.

**Compensation Range**:

- Post $190k-220k salary_
