About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled VP Investments to drive strategic expansion by independently sourcing and leading significant deal processes from inception to closure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and executing high-potential investment opportunities that align with our growth objectives and cultural ethos.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities across various sectors, including consumer & retail, healthcare, niche manufacturing, technology, business services, and value-added distribution.
  • Deal Leadership and Execution: Lead significant deal processes from inception to closure, working closely with our team to ensure successful execution and integration of portfolio companies.
  • Portfolio Company Integration: Collaborate with our team to drive value creation within portfolio companies, leveraging your expertise and analytical skills to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • First or second-year VP Investments at a similar firm, with a proven track record of leading and closing deals in the LMM space.
  • Deep sectoral expertise across services, consumer, manufacturing, and distribution, with a keen analytical eye for identifying high-potential investment opportunities.
  • Strong underwriting skills and overall deal structuring skills.
  • Track record of driving value creation within portfolio companies.
  • Thrives in a culture of low ego and high engagement.
What We Offer
  • $175K-$200K + 100% bonus + carry.
