**Period of Performance**:One year and four option years (100% Remote)

**Experience**:Three (3) to six (6) years experience of federal HR experience including PAR processing

**Salary**:Depends on experience.

**Investigation**: Active Secret Clearance.

**Duties**
- Process high-volume complex personnel action requests (PAR) using OPM and agency guides, policies and procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate across other HR Functional teams, as needed.
- Work independently to resolve standard PAR processing transactions and complex cases.
- Support research and analysis efforts related to personnel actions and/or escalations.
- Support customer inquiry resolution.

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- This position requires three (3) to six (6) years experience of federal HR experience including PAR processing.
- Experience coding personnel actions to include assigning nature of action (NOA) and legal authority codes.
- Ability to determine pay based on NOA.
- Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS); e.g., experience with processing in NFC and Peoplesoft (i.e EmpowHR)
- Experience processing PAR actions.
- Knowledge of federal HR personnel regulations, rules, and policies.
- Ability to interact with individuals at all levels to request and provide information.
- Internal and external customer service in accordance with policies and procedures requiring strong interpersonal and conflict management skills.
- Must have strong attention to detail, as well as excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with one of the approved HR Line of Business Payroll Provider systems (i.e. National Finance Center is preferred)
