**Security Officer Job Responsibilities**:

- Operate the fire alarm control panel (FACP) at the lobby Fire Command Center (FCC)
- Make manual voice announcements during a fire emergency to the building occupants
- Acting as a liaison between building personnel and the NYPD/ FDNY in the event of an emergency.
- Implement the building's Fire Safety Plan in the event of an emergency.
- Conduct fire drills, evacuations and related activities such as organizing, training and supervising a fire brigade
- Investigate & report security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior
- Maintains the organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements

**Schedule & Hours**

We have FULL-TIME availability for this location.
- SATURDAY-WEDNESDAY: 11PM-7AM
- $26.20PH

**Security Officer Qualifications and Skills**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Can always stay alert
- Ability to work in high pedestrian traffic environments

**Education and Experience Requirements**
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- F-89 License required
- 2+ Years FLSD Experience
- Active NY Security License required
- Drivers License preferred
