The individual must be PMP and CSM certified with proven expertise managing multiple IT projects and programs within the Federal service sector. Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to the following areas:

- Managing IT Federal programs/projects - involving financial processes, data integrity efforts, and controls
- Delivering complex ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or PeopleSoft) projects using Agile practices
- Providing day-to-day management of project, including resources, costs, scope, and time
- Ensuring highest customer satisfaction while managing costs and profitability
- Supporting business development efforts through proposals and developing value-added business cases

**Skills Required**:

- **Must have at least 8+ years of IT experience** **or equivalent combination of education and work experience with a proven track record in supporting federal civilian agencies**:

- **Must have a PMP from PMI and CSM certifications**:

- Must have financial and IT experience
- Strong verbal and written communication, including developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation, and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities
- Preparing and presenting complex materials
- Must have an exceptional work ethic, work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines, use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals
- Expertise in Agile, ServiceNow, and DevOps
- **Must be a U.S. Citizen with an ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance**:

- **Must be in the DMV area and able to commute to the office in Leesburg, VA**
