Job Summary

The Senior Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for the overall direction and execution of specific construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize projects to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of electrical project managers to ensure successful project execution.
  • Negotiate and resolve issues related to Change Orders, Requests for Information, and Contract Scope of Work.
  • Maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, and general contractors to ensure customer satisfaction and quality of service.
  • Manage financial aspects of contracts, including progress billing, rental equipment, income, and expenses.
  • Oversee closeout procedures, including documentation, filing, record drawings, construction cost database input, follow-up marketing, and team debriefing.
  • Drive division profitability through effective project execution and coaching.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in data center projects, preferably with hyperscale data center projects.
  • Understanding of Mission Critical terminology and creation of Method of Procedures (MOP's).
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, accounting cost management software, and scheduling software.
  • Firm knowledge and fluency in estimating.
