Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional results. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple engineering projects simultaneously, ensuring successful completion within scope and time constraints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, breaking down complex tasks into achievable milestones.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, implementing solutions swiftly and effectively.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Project Manager or similar role.
  • B.S. in Engineering or other STEM focus.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Skilled in time management, prioritization, and organization.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello).
  • Experience working with technical teams and understanding their unique needs.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government-issued security clearance; therefore, U.S. citizenship is required.
