**Specific Duties, Functions and Responsibilities**
- Project Management: Coordinate and oversee all aspects of commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and direct a team of roofing technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with industry standards, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Material and Equipment Management: Coordinate the delivery and allocation of roofing materials and equipment, ensuring adequate supplies are available for each project.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, conducting regular safety meetings and providing appropriate training to promote a safe working environment.
- Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing any concerns or issues that arise during the course of the project and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate records of project details, including daily progress reports, material usage, labor hours, and any changes or modifications to the original project scope.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project, implementing effective solutions to ensure project success.

**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
- Proven experience as a site supervisor or foreman in the commercial roofing industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of roofing technicians.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Thorough understanding of safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance on the job site.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the aptitude to quickly assess and resolve issues.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on quality assurance and ensuring work meets industry standards.
- Proficiency in using technology and software tools relevant to the commercial roofing industry.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different job sites as required.
- OSHA 40 required

**Annual Salary: $70,000 - $80,000**
