**Position Summary**:
You will be pivotal in ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with clients, managing deliverables, and overseeing the efficient execution of client orders. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks including project managing all development for various customer accounts, including all our Customer Relationship Management System tasks and follow-ups on deadlines, and overseeing each phase of a project through production, shipment, and invoicing.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Actively participate in meetings and calls with clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of client expectations.
- Manage the coordination of client deliverables, including supplied materials, approvals, artwork, purchase orders, and any special requirements for individual orders.
- Accurately input customer orders into the system, aligning them with customer requirements, purchase orders, and internal pricing estimates.
- Coordinate releases for shipment and provide tracking information upon completion.
- Provide inventory reports to clients as needed.
- Provide quote letters when required.
- Schedule launches, kickoffs, and pre-pros for various stages of each new project.
- Understand the special invoice requirements for each client and coordinate with the internal team.
- Provide support for Account Managers. If not directly helping, coordinate the right people to support any requests.
- Monitor orders approaching their promised date, ensuring that the logistics team is well-informed about a seamless shipment process.
- Other duties as determined by the Vice President of Sales

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrate clarity and conciseness in communication.
- Adaptability in engaging with individuals possessing diverse personalities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
- Enterprise Resource Planning & Customer Relationship Management Systems knowledge
- Technical knowledge is a plus. Must have a general understanding of technical drawings.
- Capable of understanding and addressing client needs effectively.
- Point of Purchase Displays Background Preferred

Pay/Schedule
- Commensurate with Experience
- 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday
