Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and job advertisements
- Stay current on industry trends and recruitment best practices

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as UltiPro, Kronos, Paychex, or Workday
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in training development or lead generation is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
