Recruitment Specialist for Healthcare Services

Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations team by managing the recruitment process for hourly and frontline positions within the healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize diverse recruitment strategies to attract hourly staff.
- Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate interviews with management.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires as required.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and guidelines.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with both clients and team members.
- Support various HR projects and assignments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
- A college degree or relevant work experience is preferred.
- 3-5 years of administrative experience or 2-4 years in HR is desirable.
- HR certification is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other Windows-based software.
