Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter plays a crucial role in supporting the Operations team by managing the recruitment process for hourly and frontline roles within healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize diverse recruitment strategies to attract hourly employees.
- Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate interviews with management.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and guidelines.
- Engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Support various HR projects and assignments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Post-secondary education or relevant work experience is preferred.
- 3-5 years of administrative experience or 2-4 years in HR is ideal.
- HR certification is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Capacity to maintain organization in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrates initiative, responsibility, adaptability, and leadership qualities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
