Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter plays a crucial role in supporting the Operations team by managing the recruitment process for hourly and frontline roles within healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate interviews with management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Capacity to maintain organization in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrates initiative, responsibility, adaptability, and leadership qualities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
